We ship worldwide and all products are delivered with 3-5 business days to the USA. Please see our shipping and handling page for more information.
|Q4: How can I track my order?|
We will send you the tracking information via the email that was provided at the time the order was placed. This email will also guide you how to track your package.
|Q5: Why didn't my shipment come in one package?|
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, China, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore) depending on the availability at the time order was placed. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to our customers faster. Meaning orders containing multiple items MAY be shipped individually but will not affect delivery time.
